 What Is the Pipeline Pledge?

The Accounting Pipeline Pledge, created by the National Pipeline Advisory Group, is a movement aimed at addressing the talent shortage and lack of diversity in the accounting profession. By taking the pledge, firms commit to increasing awareness of accounting as a career path among high school students and promoting opportunities for early engagement.

How We’re Bringing the Pledge to Life

School Presentations

Throughout the year, our team has visited local high schools to speak directly with students about what it’s really like to work in accounting, technology, and business advisory roles. From explaining career paths to sharing our own professional journeys, we’re showing students that accounting is about more than just numbers.

The Eccezion Launch Program

We took our commitment a step further by creating the Eccezion Launch Program, a hands-on initiative designed to give high school students real exposure to the world of accounting and professional services.

Through this program, participants receive a comprehensive introduction to:

• Accounting concepts
• Career insights
• Practical applications

Our goal is to inspire students who may never have considered accounting and show them that there’s a place for their interests, talents, and ambitions in this field.
